The perfect mix of cardio and shooting

Our instructors are able to teach you all there is to know about this winter activity. In fact, ESF has different rifle shooting ranges so that you can practise in the best and safest conditions possible!

It is necessary to know how to move in Nordic skiing before a session to learn about biathlon.
